What Are CBD and Meditation?
CBD works by interacting within our body’s Endocannabinoid System. This is a biological system composed of endocannabinoids, which are endogenous lipid-based retrograde neurotransmitters that bind to cannabinoid receptors and cannabinoid receptor proteins expressed throughout our bodies vertebrate, central nervous system, brain, and peripheral nervous system.

One other main endocannabinoid, 2-Arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), is active in both cannabinoid receptors, along with its own mimetic Phytocannabinoid. CBD 2-AG is involved in the regulation of appetite, immune system functions, and pain management.
