How to use
A non-greasy, multi-use topical that you can apply to your Hands, Feet, Knees, Back, Neck, Temples, Muscles & Joints, or any part of the body in need of easing physical and mental stress. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes, and any other sensitive areas, as this product contains camphor and menthol and may cause a burning sensation.
Apply Topically to Pulse Points & Areas of Physical Stress and Discomfort:

Apply a small amount (a little goes a long way), using 1-2 fingers in a circular overlapping motion on the affected area for 30 seconds to achieve optimal absorption.

Always do a Skin Test before using:
- Apply a small pea-sized amount to your arm.
- Apply a small bandage (Band-Aid).
- If No Skin Irritation Occurs for up to 24 hours, then it’s safe to use.

I use Nature’s Therapy Herbal Citrus balm for my eczema, which I have had all my life and it is my new best friend. I have used tons of costly ointments from my dermatologist, but most ointments only have stopped the itching and took days for it to go away. I was introduced to this balm and LOVE it for my eczema. I have a mild case of it, but it does a few things for my skin condition, first, it stops the itching, second, it relieves the dry skin that it causes, last, my eczema is cleared up in just a couple of days. I use this ointment twice a day, as needed, and rub it on the irritated skin, for soothing relief. A quick tip: I put mine in the fridge to keep it cold, and it feels nice and cold when I rub it on, so AMAZING!! I threw away all my other ointments and this is the only one I need now. Thank You Nature’s Therapy for making a great product!!
I also use the Fire & Ice Pain Relieving Ointment on my sore muscles after a tough workout, and once rubbed in, my sore muscles felt better in a matter of minutes. The ointment is really smooth when you apply it and very moisturizing. there is a soft, nice smell, and most important, ALL ingredients are natural and are not irritating to the skin. It is NOT greasy, unlike some other brands I have tried. It goes on warm, then cools after, for a comfortable and relieving sensation. I highly recommend this product and will continue to buy it, for its natural ingredients and to relieve my pain fast! You will not be disappointed!!
