Start Slow More is Not Better
Start with a ¼ of a Full Dropper 1–3x a day as needed. Slowly increase the amount until you reach your desired results. Hold under your tongue for up to 3 minutes for the best results. How to find your serving or Sweet Spot Start with a ¼ dropper of oil every day for three days. Increase by a ¼ dropper full of oil twice daily for three days. This will be half of a full dropper of oil. After six days, increase by a ½ dropper of oil full twice daily for three days. This will be a full dropper of oil.
