Start Slow More is Not Better
Start with a ¼ of a Full Dropper 1–3x a day as needed. Slowly increase the amount until you reach your desired results. Hold under your tongue for up to 3 minutes for the best results. Then gently use your tongue to move the remaining oil around the inside of your mouth, allowing the mouth’s sublingual ducts to absorb as much oil as possible before swallowing. When swallowing the oil and not allowing the sublingual mouth ducts to absorb the oil to enter the bloodstream more efficiently & faster, you will be subject to “first past metabolism” being processed by the liver before entering the bloodstream. Processing through the liver decreases the bioavailability rate by up to 20%, losing some beneficial full-body effects.
